What if a bug is introduced — who pays?
If it's 100% on us (unauthorized changes, something we broke), we fix it at no cost. If the change was approved by you and the bug is reported after 15 days, it's handled as normal hours from your plan.
What if I don't use all my monthly hours?
Hours don't roll over. But in the monthly review meeting we help you prioritize so every hour goes into what moves the needle.
Can you work with my existing tech team?
Absolutely. We join your repos, processes and tools. We work as an extension of your team, not as a separate island.
How do I know what was done each month?
